At Vistabyte Techno Solutions , we strive to provide reliable and efficient services across digital payments, government filings, insurance, financial solutions, and verification services. Due to the nature of these services—many of which are processed in real-time or involve third-party portals—most transactions are non-refundable once successfully processed.

Please read our refund policy carefully to understand when and how refunds may be applicable.

1. General Policy

All payments made for utility bills, Fastag recharge, loan EMIs, insurance, cable TV, gas booking, and similar services are non-refundable once successfully completed.

Government filings and registration services (e.g., GST, ITR, FSSAI, MSME, Trademark, Company Registration) are non-refundable, as they are processed through official departments and portals.

Verification and fetch services (such as PAN, Aadhaar, CIBIL, or RC verification) are instant and irreversible, and therefore not eligible for refunds.

2. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

In case of a failed transaction where the amount was debited but the service was not delivered, the following applies:

  • The amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to banking timelines.
  • If the transaction is successful at our end but not reflected in the service (e.g., bill not updated, recharge not processed), please contact our support team within 48 hours.
  • Duplicate payments made in error will be reviewed and refunded after verification.

3. How to Request a Refund (If Applicable)

To initiate a refund request (if applicable under the above criteria), please email us at:

  • Details Required: Transaction ID, service name, amount, and a brief explanation.

Our support team will investigate and respond within 2–4 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user (e.g., wrong account number, incorrect PAN, invalid document upload).
  • Delay or rejection of services due to government/portal-side errors.
  • Services already delivered and confirmed.
  • Delay in processing due to bank/server downtime or third-party portal maintenance.

5. Changes to Refund Policy

Vistabyte Techno Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
